Administration All Rounder Book Keeper Accounts Person

Dynamic All Round Administrator required for an immediate start at our family friendly business based in our Head Office in O’Connor.

We are a rapidly expanding family flexible employer.

To apply for this role you will be an MYOB Super Star with 5+ years experience in construction, industrial blast and paint or mining.  Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite is required including excel, if you can use MS Project this will be an advantage.  Your extensive knowledge of the Taxation System will be amazing and your skills in weekly payroll, BAS, PAYG, superannuation, end of month processing and credit card reconciliations will be both sound and extensive.  We value new ideas and are keen to hear from candidates with the natural ability to ‘think outside the box’.

This position is based in our Corporate Head Office in O’Connor and preference will be given to locally residing candidates.  The position is initially around 20 hours per week with the future option to expand.  We offer family friendly hours, above award rates and a fun and innovative place to work.
